Due to the nature of alcohol sales, all wine purchases are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Description of the issue

We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Lost Packages

Keisha Chanelle Wines, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases of:

  • Damaged products

  • Shipping errors

  • Order fulfillment mistakes

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
